HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER has been shortlisted by Legal Media Group for the forthcoming Europe Women in Business Law Awards.

The firm is listed as "Best law firm for Women in Business Law in Germany".
Furthermore, Christine Kanz, Partner of the Düsseldorf office, is listed in the category "Best in Patent".

The individual practice area awards recognise the best lawyer in each practice area. The firm awards will celebrate the best initiatives for gender diversity, innovation, minority women, mentoring, work-life balance, pro bono work and talent management, as well as best in country.

Euromoney Legal Media Group will reward the best in-house teams as well as individual in-house women lawyers.
The award ceremony will take place on Thursday, 14 at Jumeirah Carlton Tower in London.

  • HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER’s team scooped up 4 awards during last night’s Managing IP Awards ceremony, which was held at the Savoy Hotel in London.
  • In the context of the Fast Action Protocol adopted for the 2018 Mobile World Congress (a special protocol set up in 2015 by the Judiciary for that event, which introduces a “fast-track” procedure to handle applications for preliminary injunction), HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER has obtained ex parte preliminary injunctions against three Chinese companies for patent infringement on behalf of leading antenna technology company FRACTUS. The injunction applications included a prior request for urgent verification of facts (saisie-type of proceedings).
