Federal Circuit Bar Association's Global Series

A small delegation of HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER's partners as well as Sabine Agé from VERON & ASSOCIES will attend "The global series", organised by the Federal Circuit Bar Association. The 2018 sessions are scheduled for 10-12 October in Ottawa. The sessions are recognised as a leading senior level global dialogue on fundamental challenges affecting trade, commerce and IP.

The series 2018 Session is an outreach of Global series partners, EPLAW, the Federal Circuit Bar Association, and others.

Klaus Haft will moderate the session "Innovation and Key European Developments: from Equivalents and Plausibility to the UPC. Sabine Agé will be a member of the pannel on that same session. Benoit Strowel will be a panel member for "Secondary Patent Challenges: Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences" and Christian Osterrieth will be a panel member on "Global Series Major Challenges: Damages and Injunctive Relief".
