Amel El Mouttaki

Amel’s activity covers all areas of health products law, in particular the regulatory aspects related to marketing authorisations, establishment authorisations, transparency and the relations of manufacturers with health professionals. She also assists clients in setting up their distribution channels, drafting and negotiating contracts with the various actors in the supply chain.

She advises life sciences companies on market access, pricing and reimbursement issues, on issues related to early access and compassionate use authorisations. She also assists these companies in developing their strategy and negotiating with the competent authorities, as well as, if necessary, in the litigation of administrative decisions in this area.

Prior to joining HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER in 2022, Amel completed several internships at law firms and at the legal department of the pharmaceutical firm AstraZeneca.
