# Pablo de Luque

Pablo de Luque is a Senior Associate and dually qualified as Spanish attorney-at-law and Industrial Property Agent. As a member of the Trademark Prosecution team, he assists domestic and international clients with trademark filing strategies, portfolio management and trademark prosecution, in particular proceedings before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, including complex invalidity and revocation actions.

Pablo also provides legal advice to companies on matters concerning trademark infringement and domain names. He holds a double degree in Law and Political Science from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (2015) and a University Expert qualification in Intellectual Property from the same university, and was admitted to the Madrid Bar in 2017.
