Charlotte advises, drafts agreements and represents clients from various sectors in all areas of intellectual property law, trade secrets protection and unfair market practices. Charlotte also practises life sciences regulatory law and has a particular focus on patent law and on the life science sector.
Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Charlotte has represented national and international clients in several types of procedures before the Belgian jurisdictions as well as in arbitration proceedings before the ICC. She also participated in the coordination of complex cross-border matters.
