# Daniel Nebenführ Daniel Nebenführ advises and represents domestic and international clients in intellectual property law. He focuses his practice on strategic advice and litigation in trademark, design, and unfair competition law. He studied law at the University of Trier and at Northumbria University in Newcastle (UK), with a focus on intellectual property law. He subsequently worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Information Society Law and Intellectual Property in Trier, and as part of the IP team of an international law firm in Cologne. During his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf, Daniel Nebenführ further developed his expertise in intellectual property law, including through placements at HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER and at the office of an international law firm in Alicante (Spain). He joined HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER as an associate in April 2026.
