Laura Romestant

Senior Associate

Prior to joining the team in March 2022, Laura notably practiced for 5 years in the intellectual property department of a US law firm. She has extensive experience in the various fields of intellectual property, in particular in patent litigation, working on contentious and noncontentious matters.

Laura’s primary focus is on patent validity and infringement litigation (national or multijurisdictional) as well as on compensation for employee inventions.

Laura also developed a particular expertise in advising, drafting and negotiating research, technology transfer and licensing agreements, particularly in the field of R&D within the pharmaceutical industry.

She is a lecturer at University Paris Descartes, where she teaches patent law in two master degree classes: health products industries law and new technologies law.
