Thomas Misgaiski


Thomas Misgaiski specializes in national and multi-jurisdictional patent infringement litigation as well as proceedings for damages. He also  represents clients in parallel opposition and invalidity proceedings before the German and the European Patent Office as well as the German Federal Patent Court and the Federal Court of Justice. Thomas’ practice spans various sectors, in particular telecommunications and information technology, pharmaceuticals, automotive and mechanics.

Thomas studied law at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf, focusing on intellectual property law. During his legal clerkship for the Higher Regional Court Düsseldorf he further concentrated on IP and, more particularly, patent law, working inter alia for German and international law firms in Düsseldorf and Dublin, Ireland.
