HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER comprend le besoin d’un avocat spécialisé en propriété intellectuelle qui connaisse le secteur d’activité concerné, qui soit franc, direct, et capable de répondre aux besoins du dossier. Quoi qu’il arrive.

Notre équipe européenne dévouée compte plus d’une centaine de professionnels de la propriété intellectuelle. Nous avons choisi de consacrer notre pratique à la propriété intellectuelle et aux questions réglementaires connexes. Nous disposons donc également d’une expérience technique nous permettant de traiter les technologies les plus complexes, qui sont souvent au centre des litiges de propriété industrielle. Dans des dossiers souvent transnationaux, pour parvenir à des solutions nouvelles, nous conjuguons notre expérience et notre approche, parfois inédite, de certaines questions juridiques.
