# Constanze Schulte

Constanze specializes in trademark filing strategy, clearance, portfolio management and trademark prosecution as well as enforcement and dispute resolution in the field of trademarks, domain names and geographical indications, including application, opposition, and cancellation proceedings at the EUIPO and the Spanish PTO. She also has broad experience in providing cross-border strategic advice and coordinating cross-border and multijurisdictional litigation, filings and enforcement around the world, as well as with IP management systems. She has been serving clients from a broad range of industry sectors such as consumer goods and retail, food and beverages, electronics and e-commerce, fashion and cosmetics, restaurants, automotive, life sciences, telecoms and media.

Constanze joined HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER as a partner in September 2026 after almost 24 years at Hogan Lovells Cadwalader where she was a partner from 2012 to August 2026 and led the Spanish domestic trademark prosecution practice.
