  • Anne Servoir parlera de la propriété intellectuelle et le droit de la concurrence lors d'une conférence dédiée aux actualités du droit européen de la propriété intellectuelle. La conférence sera organisée par la Délégation des Barreaux de France, et aura lieu ce 15 juin à Bruxelles.
  • On 30 May, DeLex organises a case law lunch on copyright, trademarks and design in Amsterdam.
  • Marie Georges-Picot from our Paris office will take part in a panel on "predicting the future EUCJ judgments on copyright and trademark related matters". The conference is organised by the IP Assas Association.
  • IPO's European Practice Committee comes together in Amsterdam on May 3rd for a conference "The Very Essence of Romance is Uncertainty." Panel topics will include: current legislative and juridical trends in the US; present and future of discovery and trade secrets; what future does the UPC hold for us; and IP and legal tech.
  • Stéphanie Hermoye will participate in the joint study day of the Belgian branch of AIPPI with the ABE/BVA (Belgian Copyright Association), dedicated to "Platforms, internet providers and IP enforcement on the internet".
  • On Thursday, 19 April HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER will sponsor and co-organize the Women in IP Global Networking event, which will take place in the Pulitzer hotel Amsterdam.

    On 19 April, the Federal Circuit Bar Association is organizing its annual Global Series conference at the Army & Navy Club Building in Washington.
  • On 12 April, starting at 9:30 a.m., our Madrid office will host an informative breakfast (in Spanish) on “Misleading and comparative advertising”. It will be taught by Prof. Dr. Mr. Anxo Tato Plaza, Professor of Mercantile Law at the University of Vigo and Technical Secretary of AUTOCONTROL, the independent advertising self-regulatory organisation (SRO) in Spain.
  • Anne Servoir from our Paris office will chair a session on the Coty ruling and online platforms during Premier Cercle's upcoming IP seminar. The seminar will be held at Sanofi's in Gentilly.
  • Benoit Strowel will take part in a panel on IP and anti-trust laws during the upcoming World IP Forum conference, to be held in Dubai from 16 to 18 January 2018.
