Senior Associate

Carmen is specialized in Intellectual Property and IT law. Her practice is developed in all areas of intellectual property law, being currently focused on advising and representing national and international clients in litigation and copyright related matters, mainly for the media and entertainment industries, trademarks, designs and unfair competition.

Prior to joining HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER in 2015, she worked as an assistant to a Court Attorney.

  • REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS
    • Representing MPA (Motion Picture Association) in different copyright infringement and content protection actions. Successfully obtained the first blocking action in Spain for the cinematographic industry.
    • Defends and advises Seiko Epson Corporation in relation to the protection of its patent rights in different proceedings.
