Charline represents French and foreign clients on all aspects of intellectual property rights, more in particular trademarks, design rights, copyright and unfair competition. She has in-depth knowledge of legal issues pertaining to personal data and privacy issues, and in IT.
Charline acts for clients in a number of industries including cosmetic, clothing, agro-alimentary, media and communication.
Prior to joining HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER, Charline worked in two boutique firms specialized in the field of intellectual property law where she gained a strong experience both in litigation and contractual matters.
