Larissa Otten advises and represents clients in various fields of intellectual property law, with a special focus on patent litigation cases.
She studied law at the universities of Bonn and Cologne specializing in intellectual property and antitrust law. From 2009 until 2018, she worked as a research assistant for the firm. Throughout this time, she was able to gain various insights into the field of intellectual property law and further deepen her knowledge. In order to complement her specialization in intellectual property and antitrust law, she also interned with both the Patent and the Antitrust Senate of the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf. During her legal clerkship (Referendariat) at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne, she worked for an international law firm while focusing on litigation and arbitration matters as well as German and European antitrust law. She also worked at the German Embassy in London.
After her admission to the bar, Larissa Otten worked as an attorney for a well-renowned international law firm in Cologne.
In April 2020, she re-joined HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER as an attorney.
