Maïlys’ practice covers all areas of intellectual property law (copyright, patents, trademarks, designs, unfair trade practices and customs seizures) and also has an extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory law.
Maïlys obtained her law degree at the Université Libre de Bruxelles in 2015. In the framework of an exchange program she studied for six months at the China University of Political Science and Law.
In 2016 she obtained an LL.M. in Competition and Intellectual Property Law from the University of Liège.
During her studies, Maïlys completed an internship within a law firm and at the European Commission, in DG Trade.
