Reynier Burnaby Lautier

Reynier is training to become a Dutch and European patent attorney.
He has experience in the fields of technology, business and IP law and is working in the mechanical and electrotechnical section of HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER’s patent prosecution department.

Reynier specialises in fluid mechanics, thermodynamics and material sciences and has developed substantive knowledge in the field of finance, economics, business strategy and game theory. He wrote his MSc thesis at HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER about the patentability of computer-based technology. His BSc thesis “The influence of isothermal holding temperature on the mechanical stability of retained austenite in a bainite austenite steel” was written in collaboration with Tata Steel.

Before joining the firm, Reynier worked as a management consultant for a leading Management Consulting firm During his studies, he was active as an entrepreneur in amongst others the tutoring and hospitality sectors.
