Ronny Amirsehhi

Ronny is a senior associate at HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER. He practices before both European Patent Office and the United States Patent and Trademark Office. In addition, Ronny is a certified European Patent litigator authorised to represent before the Unified Patent Court. 

He concentrates his practice on patent prosecution, U.S. Post-Grant and European Opposition proceedings.  He started his patent law career in New York at the law firm of Kenyon & Kenyon in 2004. He further developed his knowledge at the law firms of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Bird & Bird in Munich. Before joining HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER in 2015, Ronny was working at his own established law firm.  

Ronny received his diploma in Patent Litigation in Europe from CEIPI and his Master of Laws degree in Intellectual Property Law from Munich Intellectual Property Law Center partnering with the Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property and the George Washington University Law School. He is a Master of Science cand. in Biotechnology at Johns Hopkins University and studied Bioengineering at University of California-San Diego where he was recognized as top 1% student in the nation.
