We help our clients obtain immediate relief if their brands or their image are threatened by false statements or unfair comparative advertising.

Our team has in-depth knowledge about the local and European regulatory framework for advertising as well as related areas of law, such as unfair competition and trademark and copyright infringement.

We regularly assist in the drafting and negotiation of sponsor contracts and carry out (cross-border) assessments of advertising requirements.
