Sake Strijtveen

Inez ten Brink practices in all areas of intellectual property law.

Inez graduated from the University of Amsterdam’s Institute for Information Law (IViR) in 2022 with a Master’s Degree in Information Law and a focus on Intellectual Property. Her Master’s thesis dealt with non-traditional trademarks (especially colours) and the substantial-value exception.

During the course of her studies, Inez provided free legal advice to start-ups and private individuals as a member of a legal aid clinic specialised in IP and Information Law. In 2019, she successfully completed a semester at Cardozo Law School (New York) as part of an exchange program.

Inez was admitted to the Dutch Bar in June 2023.
