Antonia Wilhelm advises and represents clients in various fields of intellectual property law, in particular in patent law. Her practice focuses on strategic advice and representation in complex national and cross-border patent infringement and nullity proceedings.

Antonia Wilhelm studied German law inter alia at Universities of Bonn, of Münster and at Universidad de Salamanca in Spain. After finishing her first state examination and before beginning her legal clerkship, she gained experience in intellectual property law as a research assistant at a major international law firm in Düsseldorf.

During her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court Düsseldorf, she expanded her knowledge in intellectual property law and gained experience in antitrust law by working for a big international law firm, the Federal Cartel Office and the law department of a leading German car manufacturer.
