Clara is a legal professional specializing in intellectual and industrial property law, with a particular focus on trademarks and copyright. Her practice includes both advisory work and pre-litigation matters, as well as risk assessment and the development of strategies for the protection of intellectual property rights for both national and international clients. 

Prior to joining the team, Clara built her career in boutique law practices focused on intellectual property, where she was involved in managing trademark portfolios, opposition proceedings, and the monitoring of distinctive signs. She also worked within the legal department of the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), where she gained experience in regulatory analysis, compliance, and legal advice on contractual matters. 

Clara holds a Double Degree in Law and International Relations from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (URJC), as well as a Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Legal Practice and a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property, Industrial Property and New Technologies from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM). 

She was admitted to the Madrid Bar Association in April 2026. Her experience also extends to related areas such as unfair competition, legal research, regulatory analysis, and the monitoring and enforcement of industrial property rights in the customs context.
