HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER: Kim Mulder

Kim started her career working as a Legal Secretary/ Personal Assistant in IP in 2008 at an International law firm in Amsterdam. Kim joined HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER from the start working as a Legal Secretary/ Personal Assistant in Soft IP. She assisted attorneys in Dutch court proceedings (including docket administration), European Court of Justice proceedings and proceedings before the EUIPO. Kim started working as a Patent Formalities Officer in January 2021. She is certified as Formalities Officer in the Netherlands, by the PFO in 2022 and by the European Patent office (European patent administration certification – EPAC) in 2023.
