Nuestro equipo

What’s so special about HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER?

Working at HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER is an enriching experience at all levels, both professionally and personally. HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER has allowed me to deeply develop my professional career as an IP Agent, handling leading matters that involve trademark and design issues and working with the best professionals at an international level.

Who inspires you the most and why?

This is not an easy question. In general, I am inspired by people who try to contribute something to society in a pragmatic, realistic and sensible way, having the right balance of heart and mind. All these values are as European as our firm.

What would you have done if you hadn’t become involved in intellectual property?

I would have loved to study pharmacy and work in a laboratory researching new medicines. I always read and analyze all the medicine formularies at home :).

What’s the best thing about your job?

We always deal with many issues at once. The cases are very varied and allow us to be constantly learning in an enjoyable way. The relationship with my colleagues and clients is magnificent. All this makes the time fly by and the working day very pleasant.

Which books are currently on your nightstand?

‘Homeland’, by Spanish writer Fernando Aramburu, a truly remarkable novel which deals with the tensions of the terrorist group ETA from the perspective of two Basque families that were close friends but during the years turned into enemies for political reasons.

What do you enjoy doing during your free time?

What I enjoy most is walking my dog in the park or in the mountains, and spending a whole day on the beach walking, doing water sports like surfing, reading a book, or just sunbathing.

Which advice would you give a junior lawyer?

The most important thing at the beginning of a career is to acquire knowledge and skills. I would advise junior lawyers to choose a firm with a high level of legal excellence and commitment, which would allow them to develop both aspects.
