Moritz Lohr advises and represents clients in various fields of intellectual property law, in particular patent law. His practice focuses on strategic advice and representation in complex national and cross-border patent infringement proceedings.

Moritz Lohr studied law at the University of Münster, specialising in public international law and european law. Between his first state examination and his legal clerkship, he gained experience in intellecutal property law as a research assistant at a renowned law firm specialised in intellectual property law in Düsseldorf. During his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court Düsseldorf, he worked for the European Commission, an international law firm in the field of competition law and the 1. Cartel Division of the Higher Regional Court Düsseldorf.
