Olivier est Mandataire en brevets européens, qualifié en Propriété Industrielle et Représentant devant la Juridiction unifiée du brevet (JUB). Il a rejoint HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER en 2025, fort de plus de 17 années d'expérience en droit et pratique des brevets.

Sa pratique se concentre sur les procédures inter partes, en particulier les oppositions et les recours devant l'Office européen des brevets (OEB), s'appuyant sur l'expérience d'une centaine de dossiers.

Avant de rejoindre le cabinet, Olivier a exercé au sein de grands cabinets internationaux de PI à Paris et Munich, où il était à la tête d’une équipe francophone. Il a débuté sa carrière professionnelle en tant qu'ingénieur R&D spécialisé en optomécanique.
