Abogado especialista en Propiedad Industrial e Intelectual

Who we are

HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER is a law firm specialising in Industrial and Intellectual Property (IP) law. We have over 150 professionals across Europe and offices in Amsterdam, Brussels, Düsseldorf, Lyon, Madrid, Mannheim, Munich and Paris. We represent a wide range of companies, from leading multinationals to local SMEs and start-ups, across all sectors of technology and science. Our clients recognise and praise our reputation as one of Europe’s leading industrial and intellectual property law firms.

What does our practice involve?

We advise our clients on all aspects of IP in the broadest sense, particularly in relation to patents, trade marks and designs, copyright and related rights, and other areas of intellectual property, such as trade secrets, unfair competition and commercial practices, audiovisual rights and advertising, across a wide range of industries and technologies (pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, chemicals, telecommunications, energy, audiovisual, fashion, consumer goods, etc.). We have a particularly strong practice in litigation, as well as in the registration of industrial property rights, but we also frequently act as advisers and assist our clients in drafting or reviewing IP-related contracts. We are unwavering in our commitment to protecting our clients’ ideas and innovations and strive to find well-considered yet practical solutions to the challenges they face. The fact that the wider legal community also perceives us in this way is evident from numerous legal directories.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for lawyers with experience in intellectual property, particularly in patent law, to join the litigation department at our Madrid office.

  • A law graduate with a keen interest in these areas of law, particularly litigation.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, with a command of spoken and written English, and preferably additional knowledge of French and/or German.
  • An interest in familiarising yourself with technical issues that can sometimes be complex, as well as with our clients’ business objectives and challenges.
  • A sociable, enthusiastic, positive and constructive personality.
  • A drive to perform well, a desire to learn and a willingness to work, particularly as part of a team.

What do we offer?
