The platform was developed by senior associate Akiva Friedmann to address a practical issue familiar to many UPC practitioners: while UPC decisions are public, they are not always easy to search in a structured and efficient way. What began as an internal project to make Prof. Willem Hoyng’s UPC Unfiltered commentaries more accessible developed into a broader platform covering UPC case law.
The UPC Intelligence Platform offers a searchable database of UPC decisions, AI-supported research tools, and direct access to UPC Unfiltered commentary alongside the relevant decisions. Its purpose is to make UPC materials easier to access and use for practitioners, clients and others interested in the Court’s developing case law.
The platform is available free of charge. It is intended as a practical resource for the wider UPC community, and will continue to develop over time.
We invite you to explore the platform and share your feedback.
