Who are we?

HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER is a law firm specializing in Industrial and Intellectual Property (IP) law. We have over 150 professionals across Europe and offices in Amsterdam, Brussels, Düsseldorf, Lyon, Madrid, Mannheim, Munich, and Paris. We represent a wide range of companies, from leading multinationals to local SMEs and startups, across all types of technology and science sectors. Our clients recognize and praise our reputation as one of Europe’s leading industrial and intellectual property law firms.

What does our practice entail?

We advise our clients on all aspects of IP in the broadest sense, particularly in patent, trademark, and design rights, copyright and related rights, and other areas related to intellectual property, such as trade secrets, unfair competition and commercial practices, audiovisual rights, and advertising, across a wide range of industries and technologies (pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, chemicals, telecommunications, energy, audiovisual, fashion, consumer goods, etc.). We have a strong litigation practice, as well as expertise in the prosecution of industrial property rights, but we also frequently act as advisors and assist our clients in drafting or reviewing IP-related contracts. We are unwavering in our commitment to protecting our clients’ ideas and innovations and strive to find thoughtful yet practical solutions to the challenges they face. The fact that the outside world perceives us in this way is evident in numerous legal directories.
