Simon Heilmann advises and represents clients in various areas of intellectual property law, in particular patent law. His practice focuses on strategic advice and representation in complex national and cross-border patent infringement and patent nullity proceedings.
Simon Heilmann studied law at the University of Osnabrück, specializing in German and European Competition and Intellectual Property Law.
After his first state examination, Simon Heilmann initially worked as a research assistant in a Düsseldorf boutique law firm specializing in intellectual property law. During his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf, he worked for HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER in Düsseldorf and Amsterdam.
Simon Heilmann has been a lawyer at HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER since January 2025.
