Théophile practises in all areas of intellectual property (in particular patent, trademark, design and copyright litigation). His practice also covers unfair competition and parasitism, and pharmaceutical law.

Before joining the firm in September 2023, Théophile completed several internships in intellectual property law firms, as well as in the legal department of a major audiovisual group.

He holds a Master 2 in Intellectual Property Law, Digital and Advanced Technologies from the University of Aix-Marseilles.

- Assisting a pharmaceutical company in infringement litigation and the protection of its regulatory rights against several generic companies.
- Assisting the owner of a large portfolio of patents declared essential to the UMTS and LTE standards in litigation against a potential licensee.
