International Women’s Day 2024 #InspireInclusion

On March 8th, the world commemorates International Women’s Day (IWD); a day to recognize and celebrate the incredible social, economic, cultural, and political achievements and contributions of women worldwide, underscoring the progress made towards gender equality while acknowledging the work that still needs to be done!

This year’s United Nations‘ IWD campaign theme, #InspireInclusion, resonates deeply with the global call for fostering diverse and inclusive environments. Embracing the richness of different perspectives and experiences, #InspireInclusion urges us to break down barriers and create spaces where every woman, regardless of background, ethnicity, or circumstance, feels valued and empowered to thrive.

At HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER, we believe that diversity and inclusion are not just buzzwords but essential values that drive innovation, collaboration, and success. Therefore we happily joined the #inspireinclusion campaign and struck this year’s IWD pose, showing our support and reaffirming our commitment towards gender equality and empowerment in the workplace and beyond.

In addition, various activities are being organized to celebrate International Women’s Day across our offices. From guided museum tours and film screenings in Belgium to Women in IP events in Germany and the Netherlands, each country is embracing the theme of empowerment and inclusion. France hosts discussions on the documentary „Woman“, while Spain offers a range of cultural and educational events. These initiatives reflect a collective effort to acknowledge and uplift the achievements of women, fostering dialogue and empowerment across diverse communities.

“When we inspire others to understand and value women’s inclusion, we forge a better world. And when women themselves are inspired to be included, there’s a sense of belonging, relevance, and empowerment. Collectively, let’s forge a more inclusive world for women.”
