Dr. Christine Kanz


Christine Kanz, Rechtsanwältin seit 1998, betreut schwerpunktmäßig internationale Patentstreitverfahren im Bereich der Pharmazie, Biotechnologie und Chemie, aber auch Mandate im Bereich Medizinprodukte, Mechanik und Konsumgüter.

Sie arbeitet häufig länderübergreifend und hat umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Planung und Koordination solcher Verfahren.

Christine Kanz promovierte, nach einem Gastaufenthalt am Max-Planck-Institut für Geistiges Eigentum in München im Jahr 2000 an der Universität Düsseldorf im Markenrecht.

Christine Kanz publiziert regelmäßig zu Fragen des Patentrechts und ist als Referentin bei Vortragsveranstaltungen zu patentrechtlichen Themen tätig. Sie ist außerdem Lehrbeauftragte an der Hagen Law School.
