  • A small delegation of HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER's partners as well as Sabine Agé from VERON & ASSOCIES will attend "The Global Series", organised by the Federal Circuit Bar Association.
  • Thomas Schmitz will be hosting this year's annual meeting of the AIDV (Association Internationale des Juristes du Droit de la Vigne et du Vin), which will be held in Napa Valley from 1 to 3 October.
  • On Tuesday 3 July, Premier Cercle will organise the 6th edition of its UP and UPC conference at the European Patent office in Munich.
  • IE Zomerforum / 28 June 2018
    On Thursday 28 June, Laura Fresco will be a speaker at the IE-Zomerforum (a Dutch IP conference) about design law and the decision of the ECJ in the ESS/Group Nivelles case
  • Anne Servoir parlera de la propriété intellectuelle et le droit de la concurrence lors d'une conférence dédiée aux actualités du droit européen de la propriété intellectuelle. La conférence sera organisée par la Délégation des Barreaux de France, et aura lieu ce 15 juin à Bruxelles.
  • On 30 May, DeLex organises a case law lunch on copyright, trademarks and design in Amsterdam.
  • Marie Georges-Picot from our Paris office will take part in a panel on "predicting the future EUCJ judgments on copyright and trademark related matters". The conference is organised by the IP Assas Association.
  • IPO's European Practice Committee comes together in Amsterdam on May 3rd for a conference "The Very Essence of Romance is Uncertainty." Panel topics will include: current legislative and juridical trends in the US; present and future of discovery and trade secrets; what future does the UPC hold for us; and IP and legal tech.
  • Stéphanie Hermoye will participate in the joint study day of the Belgian branch of AIPPI with the ABE/BVA (Belgian Copyright Association), dedicated to "Platforms, internet providers and IP enforcement on the internet".
  • On Thursday, 19 April HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER will sponsor and co-organize the Women in IP Global Networking event, which will take place in the Pulitzer hotel Amsterdam.
