  • IP Summit / 1-2 December 2016
    On 1 and 2 December, Premier Cercle will organise the 11th edition of its annual IP Summit. This year's edition will take place at the WCO in Brussels.
  • Fabienne Brison will take part in a panel discussion at the upcoming ENPA (European News Publishers Association) on 29 November.
  • IE forum.be: IP case law lunch / 10 November 2016
    On 10 November, Fabienne Brison will talk about recent case law in copyright at the IE Forum.be case law lunch.
  • Copyright in Europe / 26 October 2016
    Fabienne Brison will take part in a conference "Copyright in Europe: Adapting EU rules to the New Digital Age", which will be held in Brussels on 26 October.
  • Martin Köhler will speak at the IPIC Annual General Meeting in Quebec City and give an overview about the German perspective of Patent Litigation in Europe.
  • Thomas Schmitz will chair a session on geographical indications at a conference organised by l'Association Internationale des Juristes du droit de la Vigne et du Vin from 16 to 18 September in Sienna.
  • Pharma Law Academy / 13 - 15 September 2016
    Carla Schoonderbeek will speak at Ibc's Pharma Law Academy on 13 and 14 September.
  • On 7 July 2016, Premier Cercle, organizes the 4th edition of its UP & UPC conference at the EPO in Munich.
  • Steven Cattoor will speak about art 3 (a) & (b) of the SPC Regulation, during C5's Annual Pharmaceutical Patent Term Extension Forum, which will be held in Munich on 21 and 22 June.
  • Goods in Transit / 16 June 2016
    Carl De Meyer will speak about "goods in transit" at a conference organised by the Center for IP and IT Law (CIPIT) of the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, KUL on 16 June 2016.
