Daphné’s practice covers all areas of intellectual property with a focus on patent and trademark litigation. Her activity extends to unfair competition and parasitism.

She also advises clients from the healthcare and life sciences industry on regulatory issues, in particular in market access, pricing and reimbursement matters, in issues related to nominative and cohort temporary use authorizations.

Prior to joining the team in 2022, Daphne completed several internships at law firms and at the legal department of the French Ministry of Culture.

She graduated from University Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Master of Laws in Literary, Artistic and Industrial Property, 2019).
