Associate

Paul Raijmakers advises and represents national and international clients in all areas of intellectual property law. He focuses on strategic advice and litigation in the areas of trademark, design and unfair competition law.

Paul studied law at the University of Osnabrück with a focus on German and European competition and intellectual property law.

After his first state examination he gained experience in intellectual property law as a research assistant at an international law firm in Düsseldorf. Furthermore, in 2020, he obtained a Masters of Law degree (LL.M.) at Stellenbosch University, South Africa.

During his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf Paul worked as a research assistant at HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER and completed his clerkship’s attorney stage at the firm as well. He spent his elective stage at the Board of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office in Alicante, Spain.
