  • HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER’s Spanish team secured another success for French clothing brand HARTFORD before the European Union Trademark (EUTM) Courts in Alicante in trademark infringement and invalidity proceedings filed against Spanish optics company DIVARO (Navarro Óptico).
  • HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER’s Spanish team successfully represented the fashion group G-STAR RAW in European Union trade mark (EUTM) infringement litigation against the Spanish fashion retail group MANGO, for unauthorized use made in the EU of its “RAW” trademark on clothing and accessories.

  • On 12 September 2017, the preliminary relief judge of the district court of The Hague issued an injunction against two Dutch entities of the McCain group, preventing them from the manufacture and sale of McCain’s new potato product “Rustic Twist” in the European Union.
  • We are pleased to announce that our Spanish patent litigation team has recently obtained a favorable decision from Commercial Court no. 7 of Madrid, which just rejected a petition for preliminary injunction against the Chinese Telecommunications manufacturer HUAWEI TECHNOLOGIES, S.L. and the codefendant, the British multinational telecom company VODAFONE GROUP, PLC.
