Caroline Levesque and Christina Tenbrock promoted to the partnership of HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER

EU intellectual property boutique firm HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER has promoted Caroline Levesque and Christina Tenbrock to the partnership.

Caroline Levesque joined the firm in 2018 when HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER merged with French patent litigation specialists Véron & Associés. For the past 12 years, Caroline has devoted herself full time to patent litigation in various fields, including aeronautics, cybersecurity, medicinal products, chemicals and biotechnology as well as matters relating to plant breeders’ rights. She also has considerable experience in trademarks and designs. Caroline splits her time between the Paris and Lyon offices.

Christina Tenbrock joined the firm in Düsseldorf in 2011. She advises and represents national and international clients in various fields of intellectual property law, with a particular focus on trademarks, designs and unfair competition, including product advertising in the life sciences sector. Christina has extensive experience conducting both national and cross-border infringement proceedings and is regularly involved in opposition and invalidity proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA) as well as EUIPO. Aside from her litigation work, Christina advises clients on marketing campaigns, product launches, border seizure proceedings and various contractual issues. Christina won Lawyer Monthly’s 2018 Women in Law Award for IP.
