Kim started her career working as a Legal Secretary/ Personal Assistant in IP in 2008 at an International law firm in Amsterdam. Kim joined HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER from the start working as a Legal Secretary/ Personal Assistant in Soft IP. She assisted attorneys in Dutch court proceedings (including docket administration), European Court of Justice proceedings and proceedings before the EUIPO. Kim started working as a Patent Formalities Officer in January 2021. She will attend the Delta Patents training to gain her professional qualifications as Formalities Officer.
