Thomas Pfeffermann advises and represents clients in various areas of intellectual property law, particularly patent law. His practice focuses on strategic advice and representation in complex national and cross-border patent infringement and patent nullity proceedings.
Thomas Pfeffermann studied mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen University and law and law and economics at the University of Bonn, where he specialized in economics and competition. From 2016 to 2021, he worked at the Chair of Commercial and Economic Law at the University of Bonn. During his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne, he deepened his knowledge of intellectual property law, including through a placement at a leading German commercial law firm.
After passing his second state examination, Thomas Pfeffermann initially worked as a research assistant and then as an associate at HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER, specializing in patent law.
