Benoît est le managing partner d’HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER.
Benoît a un MSc degré mais il est spécialisé en contentieux des brevets en France et en Belgique. Il est membre du barreau à Paris et à Bruxelles et un avocat qualifié auprès des tribunaux supérieurs en Angleterre et au Pays de Galles.
Après autant d’années de présence aux tribunaux dans de nombreuses juridictions, la plupart de ses dossiers sont très complexes et souvent transfrontaliers. Benoît manie avec aisance les différents systèmes judiciaires européens et bénéficie d’une vaste expertise en coordination de contentieux de brevets multi-juridictionnels. La pratique de Benoît inclut également les questions de règlementation liées au secteur pharmaceutique.
